Restart All Function

• The Controller then attempts to restart any modules that are offline, or in an error state due to duplicate or out of range addresses, by sending a Restart command
• If the addresses of any of these modules have changed, the Controller first sends an Address Update command

Modules in an error state that are running older firmware remain offline until they are individually power cycled as the older firmware doesn’t understand these commands.
