If a module has been addressed to replace an existing module, what additional step (if any) is required to get the module online?

The Controller will allow the new module to come online as it will see that the previous module is missing.

The Controller must be defaulted to clear the module address table and allow the new module to come online.

The Controller will initially reject the module as a duplicate. The 'Restart All' function must be used to get the module online.
