Accessing the Setup Menu
Before a keypad can communicate, it must be assigned an address. This, and other settings, are configured using the keypad setup menu:
- Apply power to the keypad and as soon as the version information is displayed, press the
key followed by the 
key - The setup menu is displayed
- Use the arrow keys to scroll the available options and use the key to select the menu item.
The setup menu can only be accessed when the device powers up. It cannot be accessed when the system is operational.
