Area Groups

• Area groups are assigned to an access level and are used to control the areas that a user can arm and disarm.
• By default, Protege WX has an area group called All Areas that allows access to all areas, all of the time.

Important: The All Areas group should be used with caution. When a new area is created, it is automatically assigned to the All Areas group which means that anyone that has that group in their access level will automatically have access to the new area.
