Contact ID: Reporting ID

The Trouble Input Reporting ID allows the installer to program any reporting number to any trouble input. This provides an extremely high level of flexibility to assign true reporting numbers to the trouble inputs. A trouble input that is assigned the same reporting ID as another trouble input will result in both the trouble inputs reporting that ID. If a trouble input is assigned an ID number that is higher than the maximum number that can be reported by a particular service, the service will use the maximum number that can be assigned for the format.
