Overriding CID Mapping

To override the account code for each area, program the Client Code setting in the area. When a Client Code is set, it can override the standard service client code. This feature should be used when multiple tenants are in the same building and all report to the same monitoring station. Each client should be given a different client code. The Client Code (or account number) should be supplied by the monitoring station and is used to identify the system when a report is generated.

If left as FFFF, it will follow the client code programmed in the service

The Reporting ID is used to identify the area to the monitoring company when a report is generated
