Configuring the Report IP Service : Backup Service

1. If required, select a Backup Service
2. The Time Before Switching to Backup sets the length of time (in seconds) before the service will switch to the backup service if it cannot establish a connection through the specified IP channels
3. If a backup service is selected, you must also enable the Service Operates as Backup option in the Contact ID service from the Options tab, otherwise both services will report each new event.
