Output Activation Re-trigger

The activation re-trigger option allows the activation timer to be reset if the output is re-triggered during the activation time. If this option is enabled and something else tries to turn the output on while it is On Timed, the timer is reset and the Output is not turned off until the full output activation timer expires.
