SALLIS Wiring

This lesson is designed to walk through:

  • How to wire a Salto PoE Router to a Protege WX Controller
  • How to wire a Salto RS-485 Router to a Protege WX Controller
  • Various installation examples using all three Protege WX Controllers

This lesson only covers the aspects of wiring that apply to Protege WX. This means that the steps to setup the Salto nodes and the Salto wireless locks are not covered.

  • We strongly recommend that you complete this setup in conjunction with the SALLIS installation manual.
  • It is also important that you consult the appropriate documentation to confirm the specific cable types required for your installation.
